Our core investment principle is creating long term annuity revenues through operational excellence.
We invest our own capital in private and listed companies, mostly in real estate annuity revenue opportunities, but also hold investments in healthcare, technology, finance, and mining sectors.
Entrepreneurial and progressive, we seek investment opportunities around the world.
We are long term investors. Our involvement in these investments cover the spectrum from full ownership to a simple holding with an active operating role.
